Refund policy

EXCHANGE : We have a 10 day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at uniquebeads2016@gmail.com  with details regarding your order and the purpose or reason for the exchange. If your exchange is accepted, you are response for shipping items back, and instructions on how and where to send your packages will be sent.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Returns : 30% restocking fee if you are doing a refund on a handmade item 

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you are requesting a return, returns are only processed once items are received by and same condition. Processing time of funds received back in your account depend on your bank taking anywhere from 3/5 business days.
