Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Jewelry by Lady Unique

Beaded jewelry and personalized jewelry orders are processed within 10-25 business days beginning the day after your order was placed. So if you place your order on a Saturday your day 1 for your processing time begins on Monday. This also means that business days do NOT include weekends nor do they include holidays.

We use ground shipping which is the only shipping method available via USPS. Any details you will be notified. 

Returned Packages : 
If your order was shipped and returned to me for any reason, beyond an issue I caused you will be responsible for the reship fee of $4.70 which you will be invoiced before your order is shipped again.

Shipping confirmation is sent to each and every customer once order is ready to be fulfilled so please make sure you provide a email or a phone number.

 
Lost Packages : 
We are not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. If your tracking number shows that your order was shipped out for delivery but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office as they can provide further assistance. I can not see anymore information than what you see.
