Refund/Exchange Policy 

All sales are final however I will gladly fix any and all errors made on our behalf. We will exchange any jewelry that is not fitting to your size all we ask is two things. 1. Do not wear the jewelry. 2. Contact us immediately at uniquebeads2016@gmail.com providing us with as much detail regarding your order as possible. We will then provide additional details on how and where to send the package back to and if there will be a cost associated with the exchange.

Reason a cost would be associated with your exchange.

For example if I made the size that you ordered and turns out the item is to big or its to small, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost to me and back to you along with the resize fee which is $8 per bracelet and $12 per necklace.

If I made the wrong size I will cover all cost. Fees can be sent to my cash app or a invoice can be sent
